Clean & prep the inner liner — the inside of the tire is cleaned to remove residue so the coating can bond reliably.
Spray‑coat a self‑repairing layer — while the tire rotates, an even adhesive film is applied to create internal puncture protection.
Cure the coating so it stays put — the treated tire goes through a curing/rolling step designed to keep the layer bonded through normal operating conditions.

FAQ
The system is designed for tubeless tires used on passenger cars, trucks, and motorcycles. It is not intended for tires that require inner tubes.
To help maintain balance, the coating is meant to be applied evenly while the tire rotates. After installation, the wheel/tire assembly should still be dynamically balanced, as with any tire that has been removed from the rim.
New tires can have manufacturing residues (such as oils and mold-release agents) on the inner surface. Cleaning removes these so the adhesive can bond correctly to the inner liner.
If the tire remains fully inflated and there is no apparent air loss, driving may continue. FlatBlock advises inspecting the tire regularly, removing sharp objects only if it is safe to do so, and confirming puncture size before continuing.
